Additional Information

This is a very unusual ladies watch from 1939 and stylistically unlike other ladies watches of the era.   It is a 10KT yellow rolled gold plate case with a 6AM 17J movement.  The movement is double stamped with a 1938 crescent and 1939 shield date code.   It has a copper dial with black printed Roman numeral hour markers.  Ive searched and searched and cannot find anything even close to this.  It appears to have the original bracelet also.

This is a really neat model!  I did a search for it and didn't find a match.   It does appear to be a model with the copper dial and yellow gold which is interesting.  Watchophilia has one on her site as Unknown as well in this configuration.  Really pretty and interesting model.

Unknown for now.

Very cool. I had no luck with an ID, the case almost has an Ambassador look about it with the incised lines between dial and lugs. I like it  a lot, but have to go unknown for now.

Nice one Jim, another new one for the database. I've never seen one like it also. Hopefully an advert will now appear, now that we have the shape and style.

It's fun to see watches that we haven't seen before. It would be MORE fun to see them with adverts!
