Not yet in hand, believe it to be a 1940 Lone Eagle A with original 12 rg bracelet. Will update when it arrives and the a restore !!!!

I'll bet it's rolled gold plate, looks like that on the caseback.

It is rgp, 10AM 17 jewel USA Adjusted mvmnt looks  a circle(44) or omega(40) date stamp. case marked B-10k rolled gold plate on back and standard Fifth Ave inside....any ideas?

If you would like to measure your case against a similar Ambassador with RGP back, measure the length & width not including lugs and we can compare! Ambassador is 24.8mm wide x 31.9 long using calipers similar to Fifth's, but calibrated recently.

Lone Eagle "A" with a gold caseback, it has the rings on the lugs and orginal bracelet.

Fifth believes the gold back is pre 40 but I can easily see it being used untill gone from storage so thats my opinion. I will measure it up and see what it compares to. Anyone have an LE A to measure?

And yes it does have a ring on each lug nearest pins...never noticed till now lol good eye Ticker !!! I have another one needing resto (not bad shape, no brassing but lugs are greened up could be so- so underneath, needs secs hand ) have not opened it up. Ill send it to ya if you would rather take that in trade for our prior dealings????? let me know, and if not can I just pop some $ into your paypal as a gift????? has 2 small dings on case that prolly wont polish out so either way, let me know and Ill get one or the other out to ya.

I've just purchease the ad mentioned above for the site so will look to scan and add as soon as it arrives.

Hopefully a clear picture of the ad will help us determine what this is. LE or not.
