A late Phantom for which we don't yet have an ad (showing sub dial)...maybe.  Thanks for reminding me about Presidents of era w/ and w/o sub dials.

On the other hand, If Phantom case with very sympathetic movement swap, this may be "Non Conforming". What other model had this size movement and dial w/ subsecond?  Prez dials were a bit bigger, sub second or not - jewel count doesn't matter, as dials could be swapped to differnt fitting movement.

Maybe just a currently unknown Phantom which has sub seconds.  I'd go two ticks for that.  ...or just plain Unknown.

If we are saying that it can't be a Pres based on the case size and jewel count then I'm in at Unknown.
