I was reading on a couple of these in the DB that the Time King was 21 jewel and the Broadcaster had 17 jewels and they used the same crystal. However the Broadcaster has a different dial. Also the Sponsor had a case that looked like this with 17 jewels but again the dial is different. So not sure on this one yet. Will keep looking.
Case wise, it's very similar to the Broadcaster/Sponsor models. Still looking.
It appears we have this case with 17J with different face ID'ed as Broadcaster by ads and the same case with 21J with same face as subject watch ID'ed as Time King.
This one is a bit of a puzzle, I'm currently at unknown and still digging. There is a distinct possibility this may be a marriage or movement swap.
I'm going out on a limb here - I've been looking at it all week. I don't think we ever had an advert for Time King. The 1941 ad shows Broadcaster only in rose so I'm eliminating it. The Sponsor dial shows different but I'm going to be tentative for the Sponsor noting a possible dial change
1941 Bulova Sponsor - tentative
