Screw on Caseback is Stainless Steel and stamped as shown.
Very low Serial number.

I agree with the source of the radium burns on this dial. The other dial would have been directly on top of this one, most likely in contact with it.

Replacement dials would have been wrapped in paper facing each other and 10 dials per box but the radium would have burned that away 1st and looks like that's just what happened here. That's a pretty rare thing to see on any dial but it would suggest the dial was replaced at some point as it would take a pretty long time for this to occour, still a pretty cool find Fifth.
