Watch Description

With the information I gathered and my limited understanding of it all, I believe this is a 1942 Pauline. I saw the 1941 in your collection and it's nearly a match but the date code symbol is a "T" instead of the asterisk and the date code starts with a  "C." I'd love to know if I am mistaken.

The Manufacture Year should say "1942"

Thank you for posting your watch.   This is a model called the Pauline based on this ad and based on the C serial number and T date code this is a 1942 Bulova Pauline. It is only the second one we have seen in the DB.

Does anyone recommend a particular company that can restore this watch properly?

It looks like the crystal is heavily scratched, so just polishing that as best you can might make a difference. A case polish and movement service would also be the way to go. You might not get it back to it's origianl condition, but you could come close.

1942 Bulova Pauline.

Thanks for the suggestion. So you happen to know of someone that does this professionally?
