Watch Description

I couldn't believe my luck to score this unknown on eBay for an unbelievable BIN price.  It is a Commodore /Admiral like case but geometric stepped lugs.  It is rose gold case in 10RGP with a copper colored dial with printed white hour markers over printed black markers.   The stick hands are blued .  The movement is a 10AK 17J with a X date code.  After a quick service last night she is running great.  I can't find any ads for this one and I believe this is the first owned model in the DB.   Neetstuff put one on the site but did not secure it.  Great period correct rose gold Speidel bracelet.  Only a few small missing plating spots on a few high points but otherwise a great looking watch.  One day I hope to find an ad.   I suspect the name is probably related to nautical themes in line with the Commodore / Admiral line.

Killer score, good for you! Hopefully, one day we will find a name.

It is indeed the same watch, literally (same s/n). I posted it on Feb. 11, 2019  with the permission of the seller after the watch sold to someone else. Here it is....until it's re-assigned to you

Congrats on snagging it!

I am thrilled but it is not the same watch and this one is in better condition.   My serial number ends in a 9 and the subject watch a 5.   There is a 4 digit difference between the two.

Got it, you entered the s/n above for your watch as 2376265, and your photo shows 2376269. I just looked at the typed in description.

The s/n of the one I posted is 2376265. It's quite remarkable that the only 2 instances of this watch documented are only 4 digits apart.

The one I posted has disappeared from my "my watches" page, apparently because of the same s/n being entered?

OOPs.  I must have used the serial number of the watch I was comparing it to.  Here is my back. Please update my serial number.
