Jerin - to our ad db this is unknown - I couldn't find it in any of the MW zips you sent out either. It's a Cadet with the case sides squashed flat?

Cool find - I like it.

Yeah this might be a first for me as well.  It was pretty rough shape with black tarnish on a good portion of the case and the gunk on the dial and crystal.  Came out okay with just some minimal cleaning and a bit of elbow grease on the case.  Of course when you maginify it a bajillion times it still looks pretty dirty.  Normal eyes... mostly clean.

If I recall, this looks like the Commadore model with a variant dial.

Also the 1943 Director with variant dial. Although I do belive that this is a rose gold model..so may be way off, but just a thought.

Very close to the Director, lugs are a match but hour register is way off. and the way it ties in to the seconds register on the ad watch is not the same as subject watch. Maybe a redial early in it's life??

1948 it would be the "Broker", yellow gold, engraved bezel & lugs with a plain Butler dial. The 2-tone throws me off here, must be a variant as it does fit the case and viewing window. Dated at 1945 the subject watch is probably a variant of the Director but without an ad, Unknown for now.
