Watch Description

I think what we have here is a Christine, it should have a nylon/silk cord type strap. We have a couple others in the dB. The case serial seems to indicate a 1944 year but the square on the movt is 1946. It has not been restored and is a bit scratched up, the pics make it look worse than it is.

B version has a rounded case shape at the top and bottom while the A version there has a protrusion, look at your A

I think we were going by this ad that went by the color.  I will get them out and compare though.

They seem to be the same to me.  Here is a comparison.  But the lugs are longer on the yellow gold version.  I wonder if this was by color of the case or by model year?  Interesting.

Think I figured it out.  It looks like my pink one had a repair to the lugs.  So they probably were shortened with the repair.
