Th watch add feature requires me to put in a date. As the square mark was used for 1927, 1936 and 1946 I didn't know which would be correct so, I just chose 1946.
There are numerous ads that show the Marie and Co-Ed in the same reference, where the Co-Ed is the same as, only with cord band. 1948 Ad for Marie.
Then there is the Janet models of the 40s that are identical to the Co-Ed:
The only one that is shown with a snake-type band that matches the subject watch is the Marie, however most of those ads also show an engraved bezel and the ring that connects the band to the case lugs is more U shaped instead of the large round type on subject watch (so may not be original), and I cannot find a Marie ad prior to 1947.
I think it could be any one of those three, but I will go along with Co-Ed (or Coed) "B" for the rose gold 1946 model.
Thanks everyone. The advert for the Co-ed says silvered dial with gilt numerals and hands. This watch hase a rose dial, black numerals and blued hands. The Janet-B ad doesn't give as much detail, simply calling it a "charming pink gold watch". Thoughts?
