I believe this watch to be a 1947 Excellency GG, However I can't seem to find an Advert with this Dial varient.

Hi Admin, I wish but no, 10K Gold Filled.

Also the Dial has been redone as exact by International.

Dennis  Your example and OldTicker's sure look the same.  His is ID'ed and published as the "GG".
I'm good with 1947 His Excellency "GG".  Nice watch and good job on the redial.

Wow, nice watch Dennis, I think these were some of the best watches Bulova made. I think I'm in on the HE GG too.

Two ticks for HE "GG" from me.  Like Old Tickers example here.  Still no ad for this dial, and lots of variants w/ different dial configurations (e.g. "UU")
