Rose gold. Band says GEMEX 1/20-12K Gold Filled. My grandparents gave this watch to my mother on her 16th birthday in 1948. It looks similar to Goddess of Time models, but I haven't seen any cases that are exactly like it, so I'm not sure that's what it is.

Is the dial rose gold in colour, or is it the crystal colour or heavily scratched?

What a great family heirloom to have in your possession.

The dial is rose gold. The crystal is very heavily scratched.

It's hard to see the ad clearly, too bad it isn't a higher resolution. The lugs look closer to mine than anything else I've seen, but the case shape doesn't look quite right.

I am unable to find a match in our ads; Unknown at this time.

Welcome to myBulova CS22. Heirloom watches are just the best as far as I'm concerned. I think you are most fortunate to have this keepsake from your grandparents to your mother. I wish I could say I found the proper Bulova name but I don't see anything either.

Let's call it "VERY Special"

Yes, it is very special!  It runs (but quite fast), and as you can see the crystal is in poor condition. But as it is only of sentimental value, I'm sure it is not worth any attempts to repair it. But I can still enjoy it as a keepsake and wear it as a piece of jewelry.

It does not need to be relegated to a piece of jewelry. A good watchmaker is capable of bringing it back to everyday use. I'll send you some suggestions.
