It's like a Squadron Case w/ same jewel count/size movement, only with this great dail.  I'll check if we have case measurements/crystal specs for any of the period close Squadron examples.  
The ad used above sure indicates this Squadron/BB case is very similar, and subject dial (and perhaps gold color) may make it the BB (I think we may have an ad w/ a variant for subject watch...I'll double check).

Similarity to Squadron's case I noticed.
Unfortunately Squdron still in my collection do not have and I can not compare. 
These watches have parameters:

It's a Beau Brummel, looks like it's wearing it original band as well.

I like and agree with the BB call. Once upon a time not too long ago we would have said the dial was a custom job on a Squadron..... now we know better.It was a watch similar to this on eBay that first caught my eye back in 2005 that started all this.
