No further provenance is known.

Thank you to all for the valuable input and kind comments. It is very much appreciated. My dad is pleased to find out more about it as well, and really liked the ad when I showed it to him.

What seems to be happening, however, is that my usually broad horological interests are paring down into the vintage Bulova category. The more I browse the model identification pages, the more models I take to and end up searching for on Ebay......... this could get expensive.... :)

Well, Welcome to th MB world. I have a vey extensive collection wih all of the men's AA models except 1. I'll get it one day, and I also have the most extensive collection  of Amarican Girls which I'm currently offering for sale on Ebay. Bulova is by far my favorite producer and that was what brought me to MB. This is a great site site with real people. I'd say your hooked as a new collector and you won't be sorry. Bulova produced some very nice unique pieces. Enjoy the ride we,ve all ready been on. It's a lot of fun stuff and we all celebrate when another classic watch is saved from the gold mongers.
