Hi Wangbow. You have a Bulova "Franklin" model. Without seeing the back of the case the year cannot be determined. The "L0" on the movement indicates it has a 1950 movement. If the case back has "L0" on it, then it is a 1950 "Franklin."

I will try to add a pic of the band by tomorrow. It band itself was the whole reason I picked this watch up in the first place.
