This watch has a blank SS exterior case back, but the inside has "F-R, 10K R G P BEZEL, STAINLESS BACK" The movement has L0 date code.
I believe this is a transplanted Bulova movement and dial into an aftermarket case. For this era, Bulova cases will almost always be marked on the outside back and if not always on the inside. A second indicator is the minute track on the dial being square but the case opening being oval.
We would classify this an a Non-Conforming watch, one in which all components are not made by Bulova.

Agreed. The dial and movement are part of the 'Her Excellency' series of ladies watces, but as Geoff indicates it is now being housed in a non Bulova case. If you are keen you can alwayss look through the 1950 Her Excellency examples we have on site and source an original case that's a fit for your dial.
A couple of possibilities for a Her Excellency case.
