The Radiator was sold with a Bulova Movement - seller could not possibly have known if it was original to the watch( but I still asked) and I did everything I could think of to get the date code from it but he just couldn't understand what I was asking. The case back was dedicated  - I just couldn't make out the words - but the year 1927 was loud and clear.

Oh, how I wanted that watch....

Did I mention I bid $325 dollars and LOST!!!! (No Lisa, I am NOT over it, it was almost two years ago)

I wouldn't be over it either.  In fact, I'd still be wearing a black armband in remembrance of a very dark day.

That's IT!!!

Well, as they say, at least I know where it is and I can go visit it when I need a shot of vitamin B(ulova)!

I know, I know, but it will always be a Bulova in my heart.

I'll bet a strap could be mounted through the holes in the rim.

Haha!!  Great thinking.... sweet leather strap going through... into a leather band.  Man would that thing be a conversation piece!

Whoa!!!!!  That is just awesome!   But not a leather band, plainsmen, you need a chain band.  One that looks  like tire chains, I think.  :)

p.s.  Is that like real tire rubber?  Does it have that sweet tire rubber smell??
