Watch Description

I've had this one for some time now. I have it label as either a "Hartley" or "Trident". It can't be both. Maybe neither. It's got a 10k rgp bezel and a stainless back.  What do you guys think?

Wasn't this model "close" to an unengraved Roderick?  I don't think we have an ad for this?

Agreed. The Roderick looks close. The resolution in the advert makes it difficult to say if the watch is engraved or not.

Other than the engraving, it's exactly the same as the Trident below.

That's a nice looking watch merc. I've looked through the ads and don't see anthing either.

For now, Unknown

Also just found the Trident. Dial variation, and 17J but case looks the same...getting warmer.

Roderick is engraved, so that may be the defining aspect. I'm still looking for a matching advert.

Here's another 1956 Trident ad from the second link Bobbee provides above. Jewel count on this ad is 15. Also, Philip gives case dimensions in the first listing linked above, but no jewel count or mvnt photos.

Ah, warming up to  the Trident, hadn't seen that ad. Good match on both.
