Another nice buy today just found out i won this. Going to have this case replated.
I finally found an ad for this watch. Clear as a button that this is the watch but the ID is not indicating which on the list is the corresponding name. We have matches with ads for all of the watches except a Wilshire. The Belmont, Viking, Tuxedo are already ID'd and don't match this watch. There is a confirmed Wilkshire ad but the watch is a different watch. This leaves Academy Award or Wilshire. This does not look like an Academy Award design so I propose this is a 1951 Bulova Wilshire. I know Wilkshire and Wilshire are close but it seems logical to me. Wilshire would be a new name for the database.
