Additional Information
Gorgeous 2 tone "X" dial house in a 10K Gold Filled Case. Many Thanks to Lisa finding the ad and giving this wonderful watch a name. This one of my most cherished favorites in my collection and will now have a home in my Academy Award display. Lisa, Thank You so much!!

Shawn,
Please see the Lady Berkshire / Carla thread and the 1950 Academy Award thread from yesterday and the ideas expressed there about how to deal with the "strap issue".
At the end of the Lady Berkshire / Carla thread you will find an invitation from Stephen for all panel members to join in a discussion.

Just a note on this one. I have just had one arive with original band as shown in the adverts. Interesting the band is also marked BULOVA and date coded same as the case and movement L1, which I dont see too often. When photographed I will add to the database. A cracking original watch. I believe the quad glass crystal is original too...

as an additional note: Late 1952 this Model becomes the 'AMERICAN EAGLE'
In compliance with the lawsuit agreement dated 1952.
Another nice watch, bourg. very unusual lugs, great side/profile shot.
