Watch Description

This appears to be a 1951 Hawley.  The case is yellow gold plated with a stainless back with a L1 date code.  The movement is 10BT also with a L1 date code.   The dial is silver with yellow gold hour markers.  Very distinctive case that matches the Hawley ad.
