Agree, His Excellency, unknown variant, we see this style of dial on the AA models also.
But have we seen this dial type without the outer minute markers? The white print looks too new and out of place, that and the lack of the outer track suggests to me that its been refinished. (possibly by our famous eBayer who like nothing better than to colour the dial).
Mark have you seen an AA with this case?

Same lugs same colour same dial and the dial does not look refinished on that old one.

Well in that case I'm in for a tentative His Excellency. The case, 21J and dial is what we have to go on at the moment, so that's good enough for me.
