Watch Description

Irregular shaped Two tone Case measures 31mm lug to lug x 17mm wide non inclusive of the Crown while using Calipers. Original White Dial shows a combination of applied Gilt Arabic numerals and dots. Bulova logo and tracks are printed Black. Hour and Minute Hands are Gilt Modern style. Crown is signed Bulova. Caseback is Gold.

damn close to the B in the 1954 ad above, sans the two diamonds.

There is two diamonds, tiny but there Will. I think the ad has a little "artistic licence". I agree with the "B".

Yep Bobbee, I think I see them now. Thanks.  Artistic license in ad.  I was relying more on Mark's description not noting diamonds then on the pictures....but if I squint.... :)
