Ohhh hahaha.... Google lens is my friend!  I Google lenses my watch picture and it came back to neets Sky King watch, but  I think it's the 1954 Bulova Pelham as discussed here in that review:

I took a second look at this linebook entry. The seconds hand is at the top of the dial. But looking closer, it appears to be a mirrow image of the watch.

You hit the nail on the head with this ID. What ever you do don't break rthat crystal> I suspect it'll be a tricky one to replace.
