In reviewing the ads it looks like it's a First Lady from 1957.  It is 18 k gold - telescope style expansion bracelet.

A wonderful watch. We don't see too many of these 18Kt solid gold watches.

Nice ole solid gold gal.  While jewel count and gold content match, along with lugs, it sure seems the watch in the ad is more elongated than the subject watch.  The little squares in the background of the watch photos seem to indicate "squareness" or even wider in the horizontal plane.  The case back is elongated, however that's because it also cover the back out to the lugs.  Check the distance between the 10 and 8 hour marks vs distance btwn 5 and 7 hour markers in the 1958 ad.  Compare to the watch.

I'm still tentative on the First Lady ID, but it's a different shaped First Lady compared to the ad.
