The watch is 14k gold with an expandable wrist band. On the back, the case number says "740010" and there is also a faint "763" by the crown. I believe there are 16 diamonds in total. I did not try to open it and I do not have anymore information about this watch. I'm assuming the watch is around 1960 but I do not know for sure. Also in case you're interested, the watch appears to be working well. Any information that you could provide about this watch would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
I was able to get the back open, which was much easier than expected. The specs are: movement model is "6C", 17 jewels, and the date code is "L7". So the date is 1957 and not 1960. There is also 2 areas where there is some faint writing on the inside of the back case, which is really hard to make out.
