Looks almost like a Jet Clipper or a Sea King....  I'll go look at ads.

Looks almost like this one from a 1961 ad.  The semi two-tone dial may or may not have been shown in an ad.  

After looking through most of our 60's ads I'm going to go with this Sea King H.  Nothing looks as close at all.

This Mat Service has the "H", but not the shadow dial..

Yeah I'm good with a generic Sea King until we see an ad with the shadow dial variant.

Ad calls out a trim oval case. Unknown for now.

Yep most of those Mat Service ads from this timeframe are pictures....and you'de see the two-tone dial.

 I think the case is oval John - look closely - the bezel is ever-so-slightly thinner at the waist (unlike yours truly)

I'm going along with Sea King on this one.
