1962 Accutron Astronaut 2 Gen
Thanks, This has the "Simple Black Luminous" dial. It took over two years and some horse trading to get my hands on this one, It also features a long tube "fils" sweep second hand.
Sometime around 1963 bulova added "astronaut" & luminous "dots" between the hour markers to the dial, From everything I've been able to find it looks like 1963 was the last year for the "coffin link" bracelet on astronaut watches and in 1964 bulova seems to have switched to the "bullet link" bracelet on the astronaut watches.
