The bezel, case back, and movement are identical to my ‘59 SVP “III”. While the ‘59 had a fully numbered dial except the 6 which was displaced by the sub seconds dial, the 1960 dial only had the 3, 9, and 12 with the 6 being displaced by the sub seconds dial as well.

There are no ads for this model that I can find. However, there is a line book entry.

Bulova made a change to this model around 1962, going from the SVP model to the Minuteman. I would label this one the Minuteman "A" for 1963, as the similar "C" came out around 1965.

I saw mention of the Minute Man in the discussion of the 1960 SVP “III”. I don’t know why I didn’t look at it. It appears the only difference between the Minute Man “A” and “C” is whether it has a bracelet or strap. That’s frustrating.
