It's a very distinctive case so we should be able to identify the model one day.

Same case and dial design as the Duchess but only 17J..and obvious not 14K gold.

There are hearts on the case but the dial is not perfectly the same of this Duchess model you posted and the junction between the case and the bracelet seems not the same to me.

But maybe we are closer..

Wow, that's tempting but I don't tink so, is there a larger scan of that advert?

I've found a photo of another watch that is very very similar to mine (17 jewels, 10K RGP bezel with two little diamonds) except for some details. I was thinking that it may be the same model of mine in a different version.. What do you think about?

and this is another, detailed, photo of mine

OK, don't hate me, but I think that the second watch I've posted is a "goddes of time" model (there is another one, with two color dial, in your database) so, I was thinking that mine could be a variant of this model.. It's possible?

Not to worry Alia - no one is going to hate on you for wanting to ID that little beauty, we'd really like to find the advert that ID's it as well. I'm not 100% sure of the ID of the watch you inserted above, it's possible that it's a "Goddess of Time" as Bulova made dozens of variants to the "Goddess" model beginning in the the 1930's right up to the 70's. We don't know the year of that watch so it's a little tricky to ID it.

Having said all that I would agree that your watch could very well be a variant of the "Goddess" model, we just don't have a close enough ad match to make that determination yet. The case detail on your watch is different enough from the watch above though to not assume they are the same base model. If the only difference was the gold color or perhaps the dial we would most likely call it by the same name. The heart shaped detail on your watch is quite distinctive and will make it an easy match once (if?) we find an advert.

It's still a beautiful watch and does deserve a proper name. At my house the rule is if we can't find the proper BULOVA name I get to pick a name (but only for use at my house though ). I would call this one "Hearts and Flowers".

As Geoff Stated so eloquently, there is no current match on record, so unknown is the best as of now, time will tell, searching the net like you are doing is what makes this site what it is, answers are sometimes hard to find, but with everyone looking for the answer, it gets easier.
