Watch Description

I initially opened this one when I received it, and had a heck of a time getting the case back ring to line up to re-install. Unfortunately, I neglected to photograph it or record movement model. It has mechanical issues yet to be addressed.

Diamonds at 2, 4, 8 and 10 on a white dial with gold diamond shaped indices and a record groove pattern center. Recessed crown.  This appears to be a first for the database. According to 1960linebook, it's a  =  1964 Beau Brummell "HH"

Good match to the Beau Brummell. I see that the GG/HH variants were in the linebooks until 1960 (the '64 linebooks have the GG/HH, but in a solid gold 6-diamonds model); no matches until 1964 linebooks when they show up as the E and F variants.

Your watch being a 1964, perhaps the "F" is the better match.

Both sets of images do not seem to show the dial pattern with the inner round linear pattern.

I agree, Ken. This was a confusing one. F variant shows in 1957/58 with different lugs and then seems to disappear by 1960. 1960 shows this watch as HH on leather. E/F variants re-appear in 1964 as this watch on apparently both leather and expansion band. GG/HH gain more diamonds and a solid gold case.

1964 BB"F" appears to be the correct call.

1964 Bulova Beau Brummell “F” looks to be a good match.
