Watch Description

In the last couple months, I have encountered 2 of these travel alarm clocks, one red and white and one black and white. I couldn't help myself and bought them both. Movement and hard plastic case both marked "Japan". Case is skinned with a pebble textured vinyl or paper, and measures 2 7/8" wide X 2 5/8" high X 1 1/2" thick closed. When opened, it's 5 1/4". I find absolutely nothing on the internet, but suspect this is early to mid  1960's, so I picked 1965 as a "jumping off point" for discussion. Movement back has flat head screws holding it together instead of Phillips, which would indicate it has some age.

Bulova Travel Alarm Clock. Keeps time and alarm functions properly.

It won't hurt my feelings if this doesn't get added to the "clock" catagory; I just wanted to share something I found quite fascinating and unique. Anybody seen one before?

Bulova Alarm Clock, might even be considered a Travel Alarm.

Yes, I would classify it as a "Travel Alarm". The most common and plentiful of the Bulova Travel Alarms are clamshell hinged cases, subject design is unique as a slide out.
