Watch Description

Both case back and movement marked M7. Looks like a '67 Clipper, but this has a sub dial. I'm not going to even venture guessing on this one. Looked through the posted watches and ads and came up empty. I really want to thank all the panel members and members for all the generous help and time spent with ID's. This is the internet at its best!

What makes you accordance with Clipper, he has a sweep second hand and other lugs

I can not find a matching advert or watch

No, I don't think it's a Clipper, but that's about the closest looking I found.

My ad search turned up nothing; have to go with Unknown for now

Gosh, that's a nice looking watch. Well bought Dane.

Alas, I agree that it's Unknown....

Thanks Geoff, I think it's a pretty sollid looker also, and perhaps it's the Unknown that makes life interesting:)

Lovely watch, he bezel looks almost like the scales on a butterfly's wings, very attractive.

Sorry to say unknown too.

17 jewels, cut corner case, subseconds, Flourtine-like finisin on bezel, waterproof on dial.... Is subject case "Waterproof"?
I think all Clippers do have the sweep seconds...

Unkonwn.

This looks to be a variant of the Banker based on the following 1968 ad.  The hour markers don't match but one has to believe this is a variant of this model which describes a Florentine finish and shows cut corners and sub second register.

Jim, I agree with your Bulova Banker ID. Nothing found in the line books that's a match

Banker is a good match,
