This watch was left to me by my mother. I don't know where or who she acquired it from. It has 14k bulova on the back of the case. The crystal is teardrop shaped and needs replacing. It has small diamonds in each of the links (total 18) and 4 diamonds around the face. It appears to be all one color.

A little confusion on the dates you have. 1949 (A9) is too early a date for this movement, I wonder if you can take another look at that. Is is possible it's M9 (1969)? The 5AT movement dates to the late 1960's so I don't think the movement is 1949. 14 k solid gold Bulovas can be tricky to nail down on manufacture date?
