Searched the ads here, and haven't found it yet.  By the way, does anyone know if the font that is used for the numbers has a certain name?

Don't know the font name Eric, sorry.

What is the jewel count in the movement? Can make all the difference in an ID.

Interesting font that I've seen on other watches, probably Bulovas and I'm just not remembering.  Bobbee, the movement search here at the forum lists that movement with having 17 jewels.  I'll remove the caseback again to confirm, but I believe that was correct.  This one, unfortunately, is a non runner I picked up for a song and I think I'm gonna look into seeing what it would take to get her running again.  The dial is very eye catching.

Cool watch Eric - I can't find a match in the ads db. Looks to be in pretty nice condition. Any chance of a larger photo?

Sure Geoff, I'll work on a larger pic of the front of the watch.

Update, this watch has been repaired and is now running like a champ!  My watchmaker fixed it quickly, and I believe it had something to do with the pallet lever.

Check your posts elswhere buddy, this watch can't be a Surf King.

Surf Kings all had sub-seconds, stainless steel cases, and were hand winding only.

Much too good to be a Surfie!

Saw your responses Bobbee, thank you.  Interesting development.  Oh well, I guess I can live without having a name for this watch, but I'll continue searching.  ;-)

It could be a variety of a Clipper, or a Sea King. Gorgeous.
