Can't answer your question but you might want to change the number of jewels to 13, the correct count for all Accutron 218 caliber movements.

Jim  To cut down on the possibility of spam (on time posts from users who enter one record for sale and then just disappear, often without updating the watch record w/ information required for accurate IDing, etc), Admin set up a process where folks wanting to check off the "for sale" box when listing need to "donate" a buck to site maintanence/ad purchases before they can list as for sale.  If you check off for sale, it should generate another email instructing how to "donate a buck" to list the watch as for sale.  It then also shows up in the "watches for sale" queue on the main homepage.  There were probably some other reasons than I discribe above (perhaps questionable records which are more like someone trying to sell a watch first, and ID it second).  Our goal is to ID the watches first and formost, and folks get the choice to sell secondary to main site goals.

The dial set-up is a lot like the Day/Date "U", but the markers a different and the case shape is more cushion shape than round...Unknown 1969 218 for now...

In the past We could have used the Series number to identify the Watch ie: ACCUTRON 218, but based on the new method of identifying the Accutron this option is off the table as the Watch is not model #218

'UNKNOWN' by default.

Accutron 218.
