Case measures  33.5mm Lug to Lug x 28mm non inclusive of the Crown using Calipers.

White Dial shows applied Gilt Hour markers, Bulova signature and 'cross hair' Seconds register are printed in Black. The Dial is absent of a Minutes register.

Hour and Minute Hands are Gilt Dauphine and an Index style Seconds Hand shows on a machine finished recessed sub Dial partially obscuring the 6.

Crown is signed Bulova.

Caseback is Gold and stamped as shown.

I believe that Rocket RMN256, which measures 25.4mm x 25.4mm, may fit this model.  The measurements seem right for mine, but I haven't actually tried the crystal yet.  Rocket Catalog No. 9 identifies that rather unusual crystal as fitting the Cavalier.

Mark, if your crystal dimensions are 25.4x25.3 then according to the '65 GS catalog you may have the Cavalier. The GS CMW800 crystal first appears in the '65 catalog as a replacement for the Bulova 1216D crystal and names the model as Cavalier. Subsequent GS catalogs #100 and #200 only reference the Bulova crystal but no model. Of course, you could have an entirely different model name.
