Mark, if your crystal dimensions are 25.4x25.3 then according to the '65 GS catalog you may have the Cavalier. The GS CMW800 crystal first appears in the '65 catalog as a replacement for the Bulova 1216D crystal and names the model as Cavalier. Subsequent GS catalogs #100 and #200 only reference the Bulova crystal but no model. Of course, you could have an entirely different model name.
