I've not been able to find a match in the available ads and think this will be an Unknown model (similar to this one from 1967)

Case and dial match for First Lady 'A', but jewel count puts it into a different model category. we have another in the database with the same issue. Just need to find the model series that used a 23J movement.

Have found that a good number of Bulova 'First Lady' models came with a 23 jewelled movement. So I'm inclined to ID this one as tentative First Lady, variant unknown.
