Pretty unique look; coming up empty on an ad match for this one...Unknown model at this time.

Case 3382 uses crystal # 1579

Same here, I find no ad match. I am not seeing a BXW import code on the "Swiss" marked movement . It's  possible this is a European produced model for the non-US market, but it doesn't bear any case markings leading in that ID direction - 

or was simply called "Calendar Automatic".

I reference this one currently in "Unknowns" for the ad in comments, obviously not the same but of the same 70's style - without a proper name. Sports the same movement.

I'll say it's possible that the ad is designating style rather than a name but thought I would mention it.

I found this one in the 1973-1975 Line Book BAWD 0184 page 123 of 530.  Unfortunately no name.
