These seems to be a Canadian market model, I've only seen them out of Canada, and I've only seen about 7, all with similar dial, case configurations.
Going by the back engraving and not being able to find an exampe in any of the linebooks, I can only siggest it was an international version of the Oceanographer series.
So for now, for me I'd have to ID as a generic Bulova Oceanographer.
....or could it just be a north of the border sale and I've yet to find a advert or linebook match?
