Watch Description

25 Years Service watch in amazing condition. I don't think Mary wore this watch much at all. Original cord band with safety chain. Case is embedded with a total of 8 gorgeous diamonds.

I believe this is part of the "Diamond Dream" series.

I don't see anything in the Line Books referencing "Diamond Dream"

I've had this watch for a while and cannot recall from where or how I came to the conclusion that it was a Diamond Dream.

Happy to ID as Unknown for now until I find the information I must have one had.

I seem to remember an ad showing multiple watches with the heading "Diamond Dream", but for the life of me can't find it.

"Diamond Dream" is a name used in the mid 1960's. I found several in 1966 Line Book BAWD0163.

I emailed the site an ad with the name of the group of ladies diamond watches from 1961, the dream word seems more of a marketing inspiration than a Bulova group of model watches.

I think that's close, but the difference is 10K Gold Plate vs Solid Gold.

The case shape and diamond combination alone may be good enough to put this in the same model grouping as the Diamond Goddess....Im just not sure.

Revisiting this watch. I originally thought this housed a 17 jeweled movement, but is in fact 23.

Only difference is case gold content. I wonder if the caseback is 10K GP but the bezel is actually solid.
