Watch Description

Here is the latest edition from my holiday haul. I have a 1979 (N9) stamped Bulova which I think maybe either a Oceanographer or Super Saville variant. I've been through the ads and examples in the database pretty carefully. I'm hoping the esteemed panel my have a better idea.

Thank you for posting the watch.   I could not confirm a variant number on this one.   We generally classify these as 1979 Bulova Accutron Quartz Date & Day.

I spent a fair bit of last evening looking through our linebooks as well and couldn't find a match. I would classify as 1979 Bulova Accutron Quartz Date & Day. Bulova was not naming watches much in the late 70's and that's probably the best we can do.

Same here. I combed the linebooks and also found no match.

It's a beauty, hopefully we will find a reference to it one day.
