Watch Description

1979 Unknown. This is an interesting find. Signed on bracelet, crown, dial, movement, back (x2). Looks to be genuine, although I believe that there was some discussion surrounding these late 70's oval shaped automatics. Ad isn't a match, it's a 1979 Bulova ad for automatic watches that shares some of the characteristics of subject watch.

Hands and bezel look to match which may indicate the series your watch is from. No name however on the advert. Bummer!

I think this is an all genuine, original 1979 Bulova watch. It's been worn for years so it's aged correctly. Bracelet looks original and inside case marking appear correct. I'm sure the hands are correct but don't they look a bit short? Is the crown signed? It looks larger than the knock off model we see, so I'm curious.

We have no ad but it's Bulova I think, albeit an Unknown.

Crown is signed, yes. I'm pretty sure it's all original. Looks like it was a very nice watch, back in the day, and still keeps great time.

Unable to locate a matching ad; these late 70s watches were typically given numeric names; Unknown at this time
