I don't know anything about watches, except what I've read here the past few months. I received this watch in my late mother's belongings. I believe it may have belonged to her mother, as my mother was born in 1935. This sat in her jewelry box my entire life. My sisters put it in the throw away pile but I thought it was worth holding on to. I can't find much of anything online about the Diana, which I believe may be from 1930. Wondering if it is rare and if there is value? I haven't been able to identify the band, other than it says Kreisler Quality Gold Cont 025 USA. Thanks for any info, this seems to be a very informative site. Willing to sell.

I see them now, looks like they are right at the end of the semi-circle that the Diamond is in...Usually the Diamonds or stone on all Bulova watches are real, the band maybe not so much.
It looks like it was sold with a filigree style band that also had matching stones, so at one point the band was changed.
I'm thinking Diana, but we will need a movt pic, and if the case is open, write down what is stamped inside the back of the case. You may need a watchmaker to open it for you, a jeweller may not necessarily be able to.
The movt will be stamped with various markings, one of which will be the number of jewels in the movt itself. It should have 15. The diamonds will be real, while the sapphires and emeralds will be synthetically made. "Simili" in French.
