The Ebay listing for the original add can be found here:

Also is the above link for some other add's this guy has. Looks as though he has the other half of our 1949 Christmas add!
Hah... wonder if he'd scan those before he sells them for the site?
Dude,
You are a Luxe timepiece, connoisseur! I actually requested that they scan ALL watch ads, then email or send the disk and I'd credit them for any image used, plus pay them per image!? So far they seem to think that selling a few ads per month on eBay, is more profitable? And then once SOLD, they're GONE! (At least the ones that are gone in a day when listed... vs. the redundancy you see the "monkey see/do" listers, repeatly clogging my "saved search" email box with! (Gotta love eBay, sometimes!?)
I was getting over 10,000 page views per month, but I think most is: Googlebot, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, etc. And eBay probably has their own bots, counting in the tally, to give the "illusion" of views???
When you do a "search" here... look also at the "drop down menu," as this model (The Tuxedo) is on file:
http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1946-Tuxedo-393
This is one of their better 40s Illustrations, and the same style was used extensively by Gruen, for their Curvex series... (I forget the style of art, off hand?)
Best :-) William
Waaaoow... you took it to another level didn't ya! heh... I email Steph a few others that were pretty good quality so hopefully he got them. Though I don't know if he's getting the email from the site. I saw there might be a typo in his addy. A couple were pretty big.... from years 1926, 1937, 1946, 1947
In reply to Waaaoow... you took it to by plainsmen
Plains,
I think some "admin" emails were not delivered, as one of my replies was returned today, since he updated the site...
I try my best to make things "win- win" for others, as well as myself... However few people "think outside the box." eBay amazes me is many regards. Some good, but mostly, not...
Shoot me an email, and lets give people here a rest... I'm all over the map, of late!
