Purchased on an auction site for a very low price. Took a chance as the pictures were blurry and very unclear. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the watch received. On non-original, but very pretty Speidel band.
The seconds hand is red, while the minute and hour hands are gold. The seller described it as a "nurse's watch".
Can anyone tell me anything more about this watch, or post historical advertisements that picture it?
Hello matlobi, welcome to myBulova, this is a pretty little ladies watch. I found an advert that I think shows it. there are tow watches in this one similar to yours. Based on the case details I'm inclined to go with the Gemini. It's possible that the only difference between Aqua Queen and Gemini is the mount (strap as opposed to band) but I think there really is a difference in the cases

This advert shows a closer view of Aqua Queen, which appears to have thinner case sides.

The other Gemini we have in the database has some interesting "non-Bulova" looking case and case back markings, and perhaps the lugs differ slightly at the "hips" (that's what I call the area where lugs attach to the case).
I'm good w/ Gemini ID for subject watch.
