A rather RARE BULOVA "unknown" Model, Circa 1928. (Patented: 1.28.27) All original Art Deco styled white gold filled case with elegant Greek Key black enameled bezel details, in excellent overall condition. Just (luminous) redialed, as original. Also completely serviced and calibrated by a master watchmaker with 35+ years experience. Sporting a new glass crystal and black Spidel lizzard strap!
This is probably about the most handsome 20's Bulova I've seen yet in person, except perhaps the Lone Eagle No. 1... However this watch is almost certainly much RARER... as it's only the second one I've EVER SEEN!
THIS RARE TIMEPIECE, HAS BEEN SOLD...

Hey Stephen,
I first had to locate my LIGHTED 10x loupe... (Just added the serial no. on the movement. 1928- 30 is a range...based on the design... as I never paid any attention to the "date codes" since approx. 15- 20% of the dates were incorrect when I found this site, initially! The movement's symbol, is a crescent moon... Good thing is wasn't another "0" year date code!? LOL...)

Thanks! Greg:-)
Yes, a spendy snipe... and complete "redo..." (Although the case looks almost new, when not under magnification... on the obverse side!) I also thought it looked quite similar to the CURTIS model, in some respects... It's BIG (like the older Ambassadors) and that black enamel reminds me of the Lone Eagle, etc. (I also have clean Lone Eagle 1 & 2s, a Rite Angle, and several others in the same shop, for refurb...)
I hate to part with it... but I need MORE CASH... to start BUYING gold, silver, etc. ASAP! So the other (12) Bulovas+ have got to go!!!

I have a dozen 1924- 30 display ads with several dozen models (Saturnday Evening Post) however none show this (enameled) case? And I suspect that since this is only the second one I've seen online or off (in 2.5 years) that it's a RARE+ design... And as for LOOKS, this one is a REAL head turner! ART DECO RULES!!
Hereafter's the 1930 Treasurer, for comparrison:

Hmmm... The Conqueror, Lone Eagle I, '30 Treasurer and several ladies models, such as the Miss America, Vasser, Wellesley, etc. (Those three models look almost identical... and I also have one of them, getting redone, presently... as my grandmother had a Doctorate, from Vasser...)
