Watch Description

This is a 1943 cocktail watch.  I have been looking at these for awhile now and my husband treated me to this one for our anniversary.  He decided on this one because it was serviced and came with a year warranty from a watch repair store. 

It is solid 14K rose gold with 2 real diamonds and 3 real rubies tested by a jeweler.  Reads BULOVA 14K on the back of the case and an inscription (Aunt Sarah was a very nice aunt!)  The serial # and service marks are on the inside of the case.  It has a 4AR 17 jewel movement.  I haven't been able to find an ad for the name.

I was happy to find this ad today.  No name but still exciting to see it in an ad with the price.  Nov. 6, 1943 The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia, Penn.
