Watch Description

Excellency GG or Ambassador. I know the dial is not right for Ambassador but it is a 1948 Movement with a seriel #8438784. I had the dial redone as exact by International. The case measures 38.70mmx21.40mm. Case back say's 10K Gold Filled Bulova

I believe the non-solid gold tuxeudos of this style are another model name....I just don't remember what..  Below is the Ambassador Daca mentions in the 1946 ad (in Rose??).

There is another model in 1946 called a Craftsman but it is also listed 14K solid.

The add that john is talking about has different lugs.

So there's the 1948 His Excellency "FF" (JP mentions), the 1948 "OO" (I thought was "GG"), and Dave's Black and White  Ambassador ad (1946).  The transition to His Excellecy is about 1948? 
EDIT:  Dennis and I both thought that "OO" is a "GG".  Still not sure...
